To make a booking with us, please use the Booking Form, email or telephone us.
We will confirm your booking to you by email normally within 48 hours.
To avoid emails from us being directed to your SPAM or BULK mail folder, please ensure that you allow emails from info@mulberry-mill.com.
PAYMENT
We may ask for a non-refundable 10 percent deposit at the time of your booking (Details will be in your confirmation email from us)
The balance of your payment to us will be due during your stay with us at Mulberry Mill.
We are able to accept:
CASH - in Euros only please
EUROCHEQUES - these must be cleared before your arrival date
We regret that we do not have Debit/Credit Card facilities available during your stay. However, for your convenience we are able to
accept Credit/Debit card payments via Moneybookers Ltd (www.moneybookers.com) before your arrival date. Please contact us if you wish to pay by this method.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your stay with us, please inform us by email, telephone or letter at your earliest convenience
Cancellations 10 days before the arrival date - no charges (Any deposit paid remains non-refundable)
Cancellations within 10 days of your arrival date - we will make every effort to re-book the accomodation. In the event that we are unable to take another booking for those dates, at our discretion the full charges will apply.
Failure to take up the booking without cancelling or cutting short your stay - you will be liable for the full charge of your confirmed booking
You may wish to consider taking out Cancellation Insurance
NON-AVAILABILITY
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would do our best to help find alternative accomodation for you, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you (including deposit). Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
ACCOMODATION
The apartment is normally let from 14h00 on the date of arrival and we ask that you vacate the apartment by 11h00 on day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made with us prior to your stay. This allows us time to prepare for each new arrival.
We operate a NO SMOKING policy whilst on the premises
Continental Breakfast is included for all guests staying with us. If you have any special dietry requirements, please let us know before your arrival date and we will do our best to accomodate these.
We regret that the accomodation is unsuitable for wheelchair users
Our philosophy is for you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us. We keep our pricing policy to a simple fixed price all year round with absolutely no increase at peak times or school holiday. If we can be of assistance before or during your stay please do not hesitate to contact us
LIABILITY
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, how so ever caused unless it is proven to have been caused by a negligent act by ourselves
